Patients with
Meniere's Disease and/or
Tinnitus that we treat will have one or more of the following symptoms
which may fluctuate in severity and incidence (i.e. they come and go):
- Headaches or migraines which occur on the side of the head that is
resting on the pillow.
- Gastrointestinal problems including hyperacidity (heartburn), bloating
and indigestion or unexplained diarrhea. These symptoms may progress
to irritable bowel syndrome or even ulcerative colites.
- Recurring itchy rashes or itching of ears, nose or throat.
- Recurring nasal obstructions, Rhinotes or post nasal drip. This will
progress to snoring and sleep apnea.
- Recurring unexplained spells of tiredness that can progress to chronic
fatigue.
- Recurring fibromyelglia (arthritis).
- Recurring mental confusion, forgetfullness or a phased out feeling.
- Recurring sensitivity to loud noise, bright light and blurred vision.
All of these can be caused by the same factors that cause Tinnitus or
Meniere's Disease. Hence, all of the above are treated likewise.
